The location is amazing, and peaceful. Resort facilities are really good especially the free transfers to different locations. Food was also good at Georgian restaurant.
There was limited staff to carry luggage from Room to reception as there were stairs and no elevators. On one of the Rides there was no seat belt and with a 3 year old they allowed us to buy tickets and sit. But it was very dangeorus.

The location in really good. There are a lot of activities for all ages. In the fall the view is beautiful. Some of the rides were closed maybe bc of the season. Adina at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful.
The car service ordered from the property tends to take advantage of you. We were a group of 3 families of 4 people but the car service told us we needed 4 cars for some reason. Then when the cars came, only 3 came and they charged us for 4 and said one was a bigger van that equals 2 cars.

Because it's in the area of adventure. recreational. Middle of the mountain.
The property itself is okay. but not recommended to senior,toddlers to stay in the area of the tree house. the room is located in the upper part of the Hotel. Stairs are available but needed a lot of walking.
