Its location.
Beds were not comfortable.

Comfortable stay. Good Location near the train station as well as it’s within the shopping district. Complete with toiletries, coffee and kitchen tools. Friendly staff.
Only thing that they can improve is that there’s no elevator. Our unit is in the 3rd floor so we had difficulty with our luggages. Good thing that the staffs are helpful.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of Yeonnam-dong, however the street is nice and quiet.
The room was extremely small even for 1 person, I struggled to move to get to the bed. The Internet connection was really bad, and the walls so thin, I could hear someone snore from another room even though I wore earplugs. I would not come here again.
