El ambiente que es muy tranquilo, el área de comedor y piscina, la comida y la atención.
La playa es de difícil acceso y el desayuno puede mejorar.

The location is really nice, secluded from other hotels and definitely protected from beach sellers. Being only 4 rooms makes it really exclusive during early mornings and evenings outside of daily tours hours. Food is nice, even if after 4 days we got fed up to eat the same due to limited options. Some staff members were really nice and attentive, trying to make your stay as best as possible.
I feel it's a bit expensive for the value, at the price point I would expect a much better breakfast, we only got some small pieces of fruits and some scrambled eggs with 2 arepas and a packaged fruit juice. We only got 2 small bottles of water in the room, no daily replacements. And transport to and from the hotel is quite expensive for the value of it. And I feel that the beach is nice, but some places in playa blanca having clearer water and less sargassum.

Beach beds with umbrellas and trees for shade, beautiful wide infinity pool with more trees and view of the beach, food was excellent all 3 days we were there, service impeccable.

It is an hotel quite remote and we didn’t realise that. You can only arrive by taxi plus boat. Room was clean and people friendly but all very very basic! View of the sea is amazing and it is a very peaceful place if you want to detox. Food excellent but menu very limited and service sometime very slow if busy (and for busy I’m taking about 4 tables to serve)
So eco friendly so No hot shower and that was a huge problem for us! You eat and you stay surrender by dogs that following you everywhere even in the room! Dog poo everywhere and we step on it more then once taking poo in the room! That was a problem and disappointed us a lot considering the price we paid!
