A warm welcome, assisted by changing room as lift not working. Excellent location for stadium, underground and restaurants, lovely hotel but going through referb. Definite bookable on site parking. Breakfast cooked to order, comfortable room, would recommend and stay again

Good location for show at Wembley stadium. Friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable.
The rear door on the mezzanine floor out to the car park area was open all the time - including overnight. I reported this to reception and was told it was monitored on cctv but I didn’t feel safe as my room was close by - it seemed possible that anyone could enter without staff noticing.
Also the bolt lock on my room didn’t work - I put chairs at the door at night time. I reported this to reception in the morning and they said they would check it immediately.

Room was clean
Had to go up the stairs as lift not working ( I'm disabled)but luckily only on first floor.
Only 1 saucer in room and no teaspoon

Near wembley, accessible for everyone and friendly staff
Because it’s so close to Wembley there’s a lot of traffic, the car park seems a bit dodgy as it’s quite out in the open - got to our room and our duvet was ripped and broken yet still being used, our bathroom door lock wouldn’t work and the bath plus was non existent, also the mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in so if you want a cold drink you had to wait and do it yourself
