Large apartment, streaming tv- only in Spanish, first really hot shower after a week in Mexico, staff are helpful, good towels, drinking water available in common kitchen in adjoining hostel.
Very stained bowls in mini kitchen, kitchen is small- just a microwave & minifridge (you can use the stove in the adjoining hostel, but the pots are bent and need replacing) , room 14 is closest to road, it’s not a busy road, but traffic can be loud at times, ants in the room, quality of wifi fluctuates between good and not, only one light in the bathroom- over the shower, but need one above the mirror so we can better see our faces when shaving, etc., overpriced.

Everything. I had a big studio for myself. Warm water, it was quiet at night and reception and cleaning staff very super friendly and helpful. Great location

That there was a thick coating of dust on the shower floor and bathroom vanity.
The mugs and cups there for use were dirty and unwashed. When I brought this to the attention of the concierge I was told the room had been cleaned that day and the dust was from the amount of wind.
No offer was made to rectify the situation.
