Situato in James Island, questo attraente casa a 199 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Questa nuovissima casa, super pulita, tranquilla e situata in una posizione comoda è il luogo ideale per una famiglia numerosa o due coppie da condividere. Dispone di due camere da letto con comodi letti queen size, due bagni completi e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Una camera da letto è un padrone con un bagno (solo doccia), l'altro bagno è nel corridoio fuori dalla seconda camera (combinazione doccia / vasca). È fronte lago, a 5 minuti da Folly Beach e da 15 a 20 minuti dal centro di Charleston. Questo quartiere è una raccolta di case eclettiche circondate da paludi e insenature di marea in cui le mamme camminano con passeggini la sera e i bambini vanno in bicicletta dopo la scuola. Cucina completa, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, cavo e WiFi. Macchinetta del caffè normale e una caffettiera con tazza K. Portico sul lato strada e patio posteriore con vista sul lago. Un sacco di posti a sedere all'aperto. Un sacco di parcheggio. Lenzuola di cotone fornite! Harris Teeter a pochi passi. Completamente fornito con pentole, padelle e utensili da cucina per cucinare. Circondato da ristoranti in entrambe le direzioni. Ben arredato. Prodotti di carta, sapone, sacchetti di immondizia e detergenti forniti per viaggiare senza problemi. Goditi Folly Beach, il centro di Charleston e tutto il resto, poi rilassati in una casa tranquilla e confortevole. Apri le finestre per una piacevole brezza sul lago! Pesca consentita nel lago di acqua salata. Porta la tua attrezzatura e prendi la tua cena !!!

Lovely home with everything we needed, in a perfect location near beach but also close to downtown Charleston. Only disappointment was we didn’t see alligator in lake out back, lol!

Very restful and clean. Beds and Pillows were very comfortable. The view and backyard were equally great. Could have used some kitchen linens though.

Very low in the dining room and absolutely horrible lighting in bedrooms. Worse in bedroom #2.
1st Step on back porch feels soggy watch your step.

We loved our ten day stay here. The house was perfect for one or two couples, very clean, had the basics of what we needed. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. It's about a five minute drive to folly beach and about 15 minutes to downtown charleston so the location is perfect.There is a grocery store etc across the street and tons of restaurants etc nearby. We loved the downstairs covered patio areas- We saw the alligator twice, so definitely heed the 'no swimming' signs! Very relaxing to hang out and watch the water, the birds,etc.
We would definitely recommend staying here, and would come back for another visit.

We loved the house! It was lovely and cute. Also easy to find and drive to.
It was a very clean and neat and we could tell it was well taken care of. Both bathrooms were nice.
Mattresses we good but the second bedroom master is best.
Something’s we disliked:
We noticed during our stay the master sweet bed was sagging and we to our discovery was broken.
The sheets were unsatisfactory as well. The material of the sheet alone retains too much heat and is not a breathable fabric.
The ice maker was also malfunctioning when we arrived.
The couch in the living room was worn out and uncomfortable.
We also believe the washing machine needs to be tended to. We washed towels and were very concerned with the noises it made.
Despite these flaws we still enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach, and it made us want to go out and enjoy the area.

We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property. There were a couple of minor issues that should be addressed. One toilet won’t flush, and the water pressure in the master bath’s sink is very bad. Everything else was great.

My son and I spent four nights during his Spring Break week. The house is exactly what you see on the site. Clean, comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood. Close to Folly Beach and short drive to downtown Charleston. All the amenities
you need with coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, etc. I worked remotely for two of the days and the internet was great! Only concern was side door did not open, allowing us to enjoy the deck or backyard. Could be a fire hazard, however, to only have one exit. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back and recommend to others.
