The villa set up was ideal for us with a number of different dining areas and an amazing pool deck with views to the sea. Terraces off the main reception and Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer excellent lounging space and again wonderful views. Everything is very clean and well equipped, but above all the hosting family get a perfect balance between respecting our own privacy and being available to help with any matters. It is private and quite secluded up a small residential road, but access to Porto Heli, Kostas, and the beautiful local beaches is very easy, together with a wide range of restaurants and excellent local grocery provision. A water taxi or a short ferry to visit Spetses is a must, and it is also easy to arrange a skippered boat for a day, which adds significantly to one's appreciation of the location- coves, caves, tavernas and beautifully clear water. A great place for family holiday.

everything was perfect, the location, the house, the view, the gardens, the layout of the hours and the swimming pool.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Dreamland is an accurate name for the place. Very friendly owner who is also a great cook. Huge swimming pool and a nice beach in walking distance with an excellent taverna. There is a good chance that we will come back one day.

12 people is a bit of an exaggeration . 2 rooms only had single beds, one of them was very small. We were 9 adults and this was on the limit. If you are 2 families with kids it will serve you very well.
