The communication and organisation was perfect, and the location of the property was ideal.

The apartment was in an excellent location to walk just about everywhere. We felt very safe in that neighborhood and the security for the apartment was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Being across the street from the Sacre Coeur Basilica was an added bonus we didn’t expect!
There was only one mirror in the master bathroom. There are no instructions on how to operate the washer dryer combination. If you don’t want steps, this is not the place for you. There are spiral staircases to the second and third floor which made getting suitcases up a bit awkward.

The location is super. Spacious apartment, kitchen is completely equipped. It was a comfortable stay.
We had to search for blankets. They were not delivered though I contacted the host. But we found a solution from the things in the apt.
The apt has several doors to open, using a code. A couple of times we came and the last door - the door to the apt - was open. We checked that we close when we leave. But smth was not working properly.

Cleanliness of apartment , staff response, and location.
Key access allowance, beds on the second floor were kind of hard to get in and out of.
