Cozy upper studio- fully equipped & close to town, harbor, shops & restaurants!
Carino Studio con pavimento in legno e tutti i comfort, proprio in città. Ottima caffetteria (Handlebar Café) a sole due porte. Un isolato dal porto e 1. 5 blocchi di ciottoli di Main Street. Nizza bussola intarsio in pavimento in legno. La cucina è piccola ma ha forno a microonde, fornelli, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, lavello casa colonica, bel lavoro di piastrelle. TV a schermo piatto con molti canali via cavo. Con Wi-Fi. Lo studio è stato ricostruito 7 anni fa. La camera da letto è nella stessa stanza come la cucina ... c'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice in armadio e bagno separato con doccia. Ci sono un totale di 4 studi in questo edificio alla 17a Washington Street. Il nostro custode vive nella porta accanto nel caso in cui ci sia qualcosa che ti serve.

Absolutely the best location! Right near town, the ferry, supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Apartment has everything you will need, perfect kitchenette with all of the amenities, extremely comfortable bed, pillows and bedding, washer/dryer and bright sunny windows. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience! the room itself was beautiful, clean, spacious…Exactly as pictured, and the owner was super sweet in answering my questions very quickly! Would def recommend, and I will be coming back.

Cottage was nice. Tv in bedroom didn't work. Owner of property was calling us repeatedly trying to get us to move because he booked two other reservations at the time of our confirmed stay. We were there for a wedding & had events everyday so repacking and going to a small hotel room was out of the question. He seemed annoyed with us that we would not move. Our original reservation was for one of his studio units which I made in April 2018. After paying and confirming the Reserv He sent me an Email asking if he could put us in the Samtucket cottage instead because he had accidentally booked the studio to someone else for our Sept 19-23 reservation we agreed to this change but then evidently he also booked sept 19-22 to another group who showed up after we had already moved in and unpacked so he wanted us to move out to a sm hotel room. Then we discovered he also rented the 22nd of sept to another party and again wanted us to move but we declined. the wedding was on the 22nd and there were events planned for everyday. Moving and re packing is not convenient when you have formal wear and events to attend around the clock. This was not our error in the first place. The tv was never fixed in the bedroom while we were there. This was our first experience with booking through VRBO not sure if we will use this service again. Also no bar soap in shower had to use sink hand soap from pump bottle I feel the owner spent more time wanting us to move then getting our TV to work in the bedroom
