The location of the property was perfect! And the general styling of the b&b is very pretty and quaint.
The room is incredibly small - although I know it is advertised as being so, it was smaller than I was expecting. It definitely needs black out curtains or blinds because the blind that is there now might as well be non existent.
The towels were also very small, I’m not particularly big but I could t wrap it around myself, not sure if I was given two hand towels. Thankfully it was incredibly warm during my visit. Also a hook to hang the towels up would have been appreciated.

Such a lovely, charming place that feels like an old-style B&B in the best way possible. Beautifully decorated with a super comfy bed and deluxe bathroom. It feels like living in a luxurious old apartment. The balcony is also great.
It does get hot! There are two fans which help a lot but you need to prepare yourself in the warmer months. Maybe they could add some blackout curtains to cool the place down when it is sunny.

The place had personality and the staff were very kind. The room was comfortable. Thoughtful welcome gifts. A variety of toiletries available for use in the room. The room I booked ended up being up only one flight of stairs that wasn't so steep. Close to train station with easy access to Utrecht. Good price.
People sensitive to light or outside noise should consider using an eye mask or earplugs

Molto bella la camera, molto pulita e posizione ottima. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche dei cioccolatini di benvenuto e due bottigliette di prosecco. Bellissimo il salottino e il terrazzino al primo piano, se ci fosse stato bel tempo sarebbe stato bello sedersi lì.
Per quanto la camera fosse ben decorata peccava di funzionalità. Troppi oggetti sopra i mobili che rendeva difficile poggiare qualcosa. Non c’era un‘armadio o una cassettiera dove poter mettere i vestiti. C’era solo una cassettiera che era già piena.
La colazione viene servita nel panificio sotto il B&B il quale propone una colazione standard senza chiedere se ci sono intolleranze o allergie alimentari. Si potrebbe chiedere e adattare qualcosa in base alle singole esigenze o gusti.
