Everything was ready to go as soon as you came into the house; no need to bring anything but food and drink. The house was centrally located for all activities throughout the town of Annapolis and it was very well appointed. The large island in the kitchen got a lot of use. A great place to reminisce and tell stories. We would stay again.

We were in Annapolis for my daughter’s wedding. This lovely home was perfect! The house is spacious and very well equipped. It was an ideal spot for family who were visiting Annapolis for the big event.

The house was updated and freshly appointed with plenty of comfortable space for the 3 of us. The neighborhood is lovely. There are restaurants within a short walking distance where we enjoyed breakfast. Downtown Annapolis is also within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

My family came to celebrate my daughter's wedding. This lovely home offered the space and quiet comfort I was looking for in a rental. The rooms are much larger than I expected. Pictures do not do it justice. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and Kerry is a super helpful owner! Murrey Hill is a great location to town, with the peaceful classic charm that is Annapolis. Lisa

We loved staying at Kerry’s house. The communication was great and check in was a breeze! The house itself is immaculate and in a great location with a park on the water down the street and 4th street, downtown and the stadium just a short walk away. Highly recommend and we would 100% stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful experience from the communication with Kerry to the home and neighborhood. It couldn’t have been more clean, beautiful and well put together. The home had everything you could need and then some, and the neighborhood was stunning, quiet, and great access to downtown area.

The location of the property is ideal. We walked to most events for Commissioning Week. The extended family was with us and it was nice to have two in suite full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, plates and glassware. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails in the inclosed outside deck watching the wildlife. Kerry was a great host. We had a wonderful stay at Kerry’s home. Although the listing accurately describes the property, it is more special when you actually are in it. There was nothing lacking and Kerry’s instructions were perfect and there was no need to contact her during our stay. We would stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Annapolis. It’s a quick walk to town and really no need for a car.

This house was even more beautiful than its description and it was in impeccable condition. The home owners could not have been more accommodating. They stated that they have many repeat renters and I totally understand why. We will be joining that list for sure!

Exceeded our expectations. Fantastic communication from the host...even while she attended an out-of-town family event. Spacious main bedroom and the beds were *so* comfortable.

This home was great for out of town family coming to Annapolis for a big family wedding. It’s located on a nice quiet street, but still close enough to walk everywhere downtown. A great option for out family members that had young children left with babysitters the day of the wedding.
The house is beautiful, the kitchen is large and well equipped with multiple seating area options to accommodate everyone.
Kerry is an attentive host, and very helpful with any questions we had.
We live in Annapolis, but will definitely be our 1st choice of options for the next time family comes to visit!

My wife and I had booked the home to celebrate our youngest daughter's 21st birthday with a few family members and friends. Unfortunately she accepted an internship in Memphis, TN and was unable to attend. We still went and had a fantastic time. The home is absolutely beautiful and located in a gorgeous residential neighborhood just minutes from the City Dock. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a place to stay in Annapolis.

The house was a perfect setting our our grown children and 2 grandchildren! The house is on a darling street just far enough away from the bustle of downtown Annapolis. We felt “at home” there as the house was fully equipped for all our needs. The owner is a great communicator and allowed us to check in early as there was no one renting prior to our stay. Loved walking over to the neighborhood park and watching the boaters out and about! My grandkids were able to ride their scooters on the very flat street too!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this home. It was beyond pristine with every imaginable amenity. Every comfort of your own home but decorated like a museum. It’s clear the owner takes so much pride in their home & wish to share it with others. The home is convenient & within walking distance of downtown to all the great restaurants & shops! We had a fabulous stay at this location. The home is beyond lovely. The attention to detail carried through from wonderful bed linens, fabulous towels, high quality fixtures and faucets and amenities, to soothing colors and gorgeous artwork. Anything you might possibly need is at your fingertips. I wish my own home was as well put together. The location was perfect for us. We even walked to the Academy and back one day. Coffee at the little bay, just down the street, was the perfect way to wrap up our visit. Our friends stayed in the master suite and loved it. We used the suite in the lower level. and it worked really well for us. It was secluded, comfortable and beautiful. Kerry stayed closely in touch with us, responding quickly to any text I sent, with any little question. She handled the rental with more than professional attention. I felt like I was a friend, staying in her home. The only thing that would have improved our stay was if we could have extended it a little longer!

Wow! I loved this house and its location! We were in town for Columbus Weekend and attended a Navy football game. Since we had some extended family with us we needed a larger rental. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, we had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The location is perfect. It was a short walk to and from the stadium, close to the restaurants on West Street, close enough to walk to the Naval Academy and downtown, but out of the congestion and crowds of downtown and the boat show. The house was very comfortably furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. From gathering in the many living areas to making a quick meal, we had all the comforts we wanted. The next time we are in town with another couple or larger group, we will definitely try to stay here again. I highly recommend Kerry's place. She was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had!

We stayed at Kerry's home for an USNA reunion weekend - 3 adult couples; no kids. The house is perfect. Kerry is delightful, and the house is impeccably decorated. Couldn't recommend this home more - we will be back!

My adult children along with my husband and I stay in this house for one week. There are four comfortable bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped (we prepared meals each day). With 4 big-screen TVs, everyone could watch what they wanted. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. The house is located in the historic district and very convienent to downtown Annapolis, shops, and the harbor. I highly recommend it.

After seeing our connection flight pull away while still on the tarmac we then we’re notified there were no flights the rest of that day or on Monday. After conversation with my husband we decided to try and rent a one way car and drive 7 hours to Annapolis. I wanted Kerry to know we would not be getting in until late that night and she responded with such kindness and concern knowing our son was to report to the USNA that Tuesday morning. We were so thankful for her kindness. Once we arrived late that night it was like walking into our own home. So welcoming, clean and restful. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a group of 8 woman and had such a great time at this property! The house was so clean and spacious! We especially loved gathering around the large island to talk, eat, etc. I would highly recommend this property!

We love everything about this home from the decor to the kitchen/family room, comfortable beds, quality linens, laundry room...and of course, the neighborhood. We are so grateful to be able to stay here when visiting our son at USNA. Looking forward to our next stay! A+

We had an amazing time! The pictures do not do this house justice it is beautiful and so spacious! You are walking distance to town as well. And Kerry could not have been more accommodating and helpful! I would recommend this home to all my friends and family!
