You buy extra for heating

Beautiful location in the hills.
Great to have an open fire with wood just outside.....we did struggle on the first night to keep the smoke going up chimney.
Peace and Tranquility
I found it offensive to be accused of not paying and it certainly soured the stay. It was unfortunate our text the previous night did not go through. If you did not have our credit card details Booking.com would have had all the info on us you needed.
We are unanimous in saying the heating, cleaning and the night tax should have been part of the complete value of booking the accommodation.
Surely you have some historical heating data where an estimate could have been added to every bill during a winter booking.....It would certainly have prevented the accusations centered at us.
