The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The TV and shower were especially nice. The included breakfast is decent--don't expect a fancy buffet but it's enough to start the day. I think everything was pretty fair for the price we paid. Location is excellent with quick access to the light rail.
The staff didn't always seem to know what was going on. When we checked in the lady at the desk charged us for one night without breakfast, even though we were there for 3 nights breakfast included. She corrected it but didn't seem to pass on the message immediately because we weren't on the breakfast list the next day. That being said, they were always friendly.

The breakfast was great!
Safety not guaranteed. The door to my female dorm was constantly left open for outsiders that were not registered guests to come in and sleep. I was bullied by another guest and nothing was done about it. I didn't feel safe. Many guests were doing drugs.
