The apartment is spacious and very clean. The bathroom was quite large and well designed. The outside seating area was large and a great addition to the apartment. The area was a short walk to all the main sights and has a metro nearby.
A few basics left in the kitchen would be good. Lack of sockets in such a modern apartment.
A strange furniture arrangement… bed should be near bathroom… sofa should be facing the TV. It’s the other way round.
Just be aware some of the street is used by women during the day and night selling “services”.

Apartment was good. Enough space inside. Good bathroom.
The bed consists of two parts and beds are moving.
Not enough electricity (socket) near bed space.
No napkins, oil, or other simple stuff (that cost coins) on the kitchen.

Location is good. Walkable to the main sightseeing spots. The apartment is clean but quite small, very near the metro station and a big supermarket nearby.

Great location, nicely appointed and remodeled. Host was responsive for an early check-in, and quick when I complained about the critter. Exactly as shown in the photos. Great price.
Heard a critter on the second day. The host was quick to come over, he was not able to find any sign of it, he disagreed with me. I felt uncomfortable sleeping there for the next 2 nights, so I went to a hotel. I have audio of the scuttling noises. He would not refund me for the 2 nights I would not stay.
