安くて清潔。開業した頃に使っていたが健在で良かった。古くからあるところなので設備は古いがスタイリッシュ感は維持されている。 場所は色々言われているが地下鉄駅から歩くとすぐ。仙台駅から歩くなら途中のイオン地下3Fで夕食を買っていくと良い。なおGoogle mapの経路は無駄に大回りするので実際は25分もかからない。荷物が重くなければ十分徒歩圏。

WI-FIがつながらなかったことが致命的。トラブルを詫びる張り紙があったが、現代人にとって宿のネット環境は食事より遥かに重要なので、すぐ直してほしいところ。防音が甘く、深夜に入店する人が多いので夜中はうるさい。耳栓をもらえるので活用すると良い。カミソリ有料。オリジナルシャンプーの香料がきつい。

安いし、場所は駅に近いから便利だし。 毎日新しいアメニティいただけます。 スタッフが礼儀正しい。

毎日チェックアウトしなきゃいけないことはけっこう面倒くさいです。後は外出するとき毎回フロントに鍵渡さなきゃいけないことも超面倒くさい。 そしたら、雰囲気はね。。。ミニマリズムでできたってこと分かりますが、なんか全て灰色で、刑務所の中みたいなぁと思われます。特にパジャマ😂 平均のホステルと比べたら、コインランドリーないし、ラウンジとかシェアスペースがないので不便です。

It had a very modern/futuristic vibe from the capsules to the lighting and environment. Utilities for electronic devices were faultless.

It is a Capsule hotel so not the most comfortable sleep naturally.

Clean

Have to check out everyday before 10am? That's the weirdest thing I ever met. Even if you stay 2 or more than 2 nights. You still have to check out everyday. And it's capsule hotel...you can't get good sleep quality when you have annoying neighbors

The location of the hotel was perfect! With only a 30min walk to Sendai castle ruins and 20min walk to Sendai station. Compared to other Nine Hours there was no windows in the room with sleeping pods which was really nice, since you didn’t wake up with the sun.

There was no lounge to eat, work or hang out in. Compared to other Nine Hours capsule hotels, it had not received the same upgrades yet. You had to use two actual keys. One to enter the women’s section and another one for your locker. In the sleeping capsule the charger was a normal outlet instead of a USB one, but I was able to buy a Japanese converter down in the 7/11, so it was not a problem.

The facilities were clean and nicely designed. The capsule was comfortable and spacious.

The location is pretty far from the station if you carry a lot of luggage. also, it was implied that silence should be kept at the facility at all times. while I understand why, it made me feel bad for every small noise I made taking clothes out of the suitcase or re-organizing a few things in it.

It was clean and easy for a short stay. Definitely worth trying if you are in Japan and want to try a capsule hotel. It’s not super close to the station but even with a suitcase it’s fine to walk, I even preferred that because you get to see a little bit of the city. There is a bus stop real near.

This was to experience capsule hotels and 9 hours in particular. 2nd floor for female, 3rd for males (1st nothing). You've assigned a capsule with a locker and a bag containing wardrobe to wear, towels, toothbrush. You've given keys for the locker, where the bag inside is provided. Plenty of space in the capsule (more than expected I would say). And you don't hear people snoring too much. Everything is very clean, and properly marked when a toilet is out of service. It feels like you're in a movie when everyone wear the same thing inside. Close to many restaurants, shopping area.

Noisy environment : the capsule area has no sound proofing with other rooms (bathroom and lockers) and Japanese customers are noisy people ! Not that they make noise by talking but many use hairdryers and for a long time (we're talking males) ! And this is at night-time and early in the morning. You can see many customers are there for business purpose. No lounge area too, with only a bench for 3 people max to sit outside at each floor. There's a 7-eleven downstair on the 1st floor with notice by the hotel that you can go there without giving back the keys to the staff, but it feels weird that you have just this bench to eat/drink (no eating/drinking in the capsule area by rules). It's probably better in other locations.

First time in a capsule hotel and very good experience ! Everything is neat and it feels like a space movie lol. Very good location too, not far from the station and lots of things to do, lots of restaurant and the subway is just next to the hotel.

I didn't know beforehand that we couldn't stay in the hotel between 10am and 2pm, and there is nothing for cooking, not even a microwave (but it's probably this way for a lot of capsule hotel ?)

A capsule hotel is a must try. I really liked to stay here, it was nice and clean and looked super. Fully equipped. Easy to access.

For my taste, the pillow was too hard.

Everything is as advertised, there are stores nearby to buy quick meal options.

There's no place to have a snack or small meal in the hotel, unless you don't mind eating at the check-in "lobby" area.

Convenient location, clean areas.

Shower rooms were crowded, staff was grouchy.

For a capsule it had everything i needed to a sufficient level of comfort.
