Sehr günstiges Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Nilaveli Beach. Wir hatten die günstigste Zimmerkategorie ohne Klimaanlage gebucht und haben ein dem Preis entsprechendes Zimmer erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt und man blickt von der kleinen Terrasse des Zimmers auf viele Pflanzen. Die Gastgeberin, eine ältere Dame, war super freundlich. Wir würden wieder in das Hotel gehen aber nur in ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sea Zone Hotel Nilaveli. The family took great care of us. They helped us with all of our questions and requests. They were really lovely! The garden is beautiful and the location is perfect for going to the beach / Pigeon Island. We would love to come back someday!
Wifi didn't always work perfectly, but that wasn't a big issue.

Beautiful and very well maintained garden and very friendly and welcoming people! Grandma makes perfect egg omelet and takes care of you very well during breakfast! The room is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is close to the beach and some nice restaurants. The pictures undersell the property!😊
The sheets were a bit tiny for two tall Dutch people but the mattress is very comfortable.

The property is very close to the beach, and they serve a simple but fresh breakfast
The room could have been more clean (there was sand in the bathroom and there were toothpaste stains on our towels). The hosts are kind but they do not speak English, which makes even simple communication quite complicated.

The staff was nice. the food was nice. The garden was nice
The linens had Black hair on it. The bathroom was so filled with damp. The Beach was so filty filled with plastic and bottles so you could’t stay there. In the middle of nowhere

We got a great upgrade and stayed in the new building. Spacey and comfortable room with big balcony. The people are very friendly and mother served a delicious breakfast. Only the dining hall is not yet very cozy. The place is only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach.

Clean room, close to the best and cleanest beach we’ve been to so far, arranged snorkelling trip cheaper than anyone on the beach! Where we saw turtles and reef sharks, really lovely staff and host chipmunk who you can feed if you’re lucky. Thanks guys

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Zone Hotel! The owners are very helpful and friendly, the room was spotless and convenient and, last but not least, the fresh breakfast and dinner cooked by the owner are exquisit! We just couldn’t get enough! We really felt at home, the owners did everything to make us confortable.

New rooms are perfect. Sri lankan style breakfast good. Staff very kind and helpful. 5 minutes walk to beautiful beach. 2minutes walk to quality seafood restaurant.
Old rooms are poor. Dificult to imagine with booking.com photos. Toilet bathrooms must clean more.
