One of the best and friendliest resorts i have stayed in at Kai Bai. Noting was too much trouble for the staff.
Breakfast ordered to room when you wanted.

The staff and food and care you give us.
We felt like royalty. Best experience I ever had and miss you all and the kids..all your staff haa. Beautiful ❤️..thank you. Next year 6 nights or a month we will be there.

Breakfast was quite good and the option to have it delivered to your room was excellent

The resort was very nice. The complex backs onto the beach making easy access. The pool is also nice although a little exposed. Friendly staff upon arrival and throughout my stay. I was also upgraded to a better room due to work being carried out at the hotel. The walking street is just a few minutes walk away, it's pretty quiet to other parts of Ko Chang but has enough places to eat and buy groceries. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
When coming back from the beach to the room there is nowhere to clean your feet. Many hotels have a bowl outside the room so you can clean them to avoid getting sand inside. Even a small broom would be helpful just to help rid of the sand if your room has already been cleaned.
Just a word of warning... Some of the soi dogs on walking street aren't the friendliest so when going outside be mindful
