We truly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided by the owner. Tiki Bar is next door with live music. We were able to walk next door and rent bikes.

We were very happy with this property. The bathroom update was well done and the property felt current. The location is great with direct views to the pool and the beach, and easy beach access. Central to the main Hilton Head commercial areas.
One note - the hotel next door has live music at their outdoor bar from early afternoon to just after dinner time - think Jimmy Buffet covers. We loved it, but some folks might not.

Wonderful rental experience. Coligny is our favorite location for family stays and this unit did not disappoint. Although dated compared to other units we've stayed in, this unit is functional, clean and includes the perfect view. We will definitely return and stay here again.

We loved that our unit was close to the elevator and the ground floor entrance to the pool and the beach. The staff at Sea Turtle were so very friendly. Everything was as described or better! The check in and out process were very easy. The communication and service were excellent and VERY prompt!! I would stay with them again as well as recommended to friends and family:)

Great place to stay. Great view off the balcony. Easy access to beach. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Great pirate ship park for the kids to play just a few minute walk away. A wonderful stay, we would stay here again.

We’ve been staying at Ocean One for years, but this was our first time in this unit and using Sea Turtle Getaways. The unit was as described and after hours pickup of keys (yes, real keys, no key pad) was easy. Even though it’s not the responsibility of the rental company, the elevator closest to our unit was out of order (apparently there had been issues with it for a while). Within 2 days, both elevators in the complex were out of order. Please be sure to ask prior to renting as we were not made aware of any elevator problems prior to our arrival. I understand Ocean One will be going through major updates beginning in December, so all repairs and updates should be completed by summer of 2023.

Ocean One property is amazing. The view is amazing. The walk to the beach is literally 3minutes. There’s a new couch and it’s clean and very spacious. Every night we would sit in the patio and listen to the live music next door. And it’s a short walk to coligny plaza for shopping. As well as several grocery stores within a 10min drive. This place is great. Sea turtle getaways makes checking in and out easy-peasy as well. Definitely pick this place, you won’t regret it!

We found it just the way we thought, beautiful ocean view, easy access to the beach and Tiki bar next door, as well as the Coligny area. The only down side were the beds. Could be updated. All in all very nice place.

Enjoyed everything about our vacation. I only have a criticism with the parking lot. They really need to stripe the spotsso that people don’t take up too much space. We came back in the evening on two different occasions and had nowhere to park. It said you were allowed two cars per condo. We would’ve never been able to park another car.

The balcony view was spectacular. The grounds and the pool area are beautiful and well maintained. The condo itself is very tired and in dire need of upgrading. Carpet, furniture and bedding need to be replaced.

Excellent stay!
So as stated in previous reviews the furniture is definitely a bit dated- mostly the sofa bed and the outdoor furniture. But we spent little to no time in the condo. It was literally steps to the ocean and the pool. The beach was busy, as was expected for an end of august stay. The Tiki hut music was enjoyed on our balcony-every single night of our stay- it was amazing. It was a very short walk to coligny plaza for shopping, snacks, dinners and lunch. Most restaurants do curbside pick up, and some do delivery to eat on the patio. There were 4 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, and 2 skim boards, some beach toys and a beach cart in the room at the time of our stay. There’s several grocery stores in the island. Overall the experience was awesome for it being our first stay @HHI. Checking in/out was easy as well.

Overall it was a great stay. Location to the beach/pool were great. Located right off the elevator so it was quick to get down and right off the beach. Beach was not overly crowded being right at the end of the main public access. Condo was perfect size. Everything that was needed in the kitchen was there, plenty of bath towels and there was quite a bit of beach/pool gear for kids. The beach items are not managed by the owner and could always change, but when we were there, there were 4-5 beach chairs, pool noodles, plenty of sand toys and 2 inner tubes to float on.

Good overall…need to change from a key to key less entry and also be clearer on the email about where to go when picking up the key at check in. Other than that, great place would definitely rent again. Great location, beautiful balcony overlooking the beach, central to everything.

Pictures and location are accurate. Some updates are needed, but it did not impact the stay negatively in any way. We would definitely stay here again.

We choose this unit because of the view and you can't do better than the view. It was generally quiet and the staff and residents were friendly. Just needs a good deep cleaning and updates.
