It is very hard to find a words to describe. It is amazingly and surprisingly beautiful. The services are excellent, the staffs are very nice. I have very special receptions by Uni, Della, Irene, Cathy and Valentina, always helping and assisting from pre-arrivals to departure. I am heartily thankful to them so me and mom can have a very nice and memorable holidays in Macau.
I think the hotel is too big…. Haha 😆😆

Check in was super smooth and I could get a Room early around 1230 pm and they promptly handled the baggage which i left at the Reception.
Lots of restaurants inside the Hotel and my favourite was the Imperial Dimsum serving a variety of Authentic Chinese Cuisine.
The Hotel must have some Cafes at the Ground Level besides the Starbucks.

Property is fabulous. Rooms are comfortable. Everything is so luxurious. There are many interesting facilities into the hotel.
Air conditioning is not possible to turn off.
Staff are polite but not helpful. So many of them are working in the hotel ,so most of the time they were giving us wrong informations.

Beautiful room, comfortable beds
The smell of cigarettes smoke.. from the moment we stepped out from the hotel lift .. I thought we were given a smoking-room, but I was told by the hotel staff that the central Aircon system is just carrying the smoking smell from casino to everywhere of the resort because filter can’t filter out all smoke…
