Room was nice and clean. Great shower. Lovely staff.
Bed not so comfortable after a few days. I wish I'd known that I could use the big fan in the room. I thought it said "Ask the staff to turn it on for you". I used my small portable one instead, cos I'm shy.

O staff é sensacional, pessoal gentil e acolhedor.
A estrutura do hostel é ruim e os banheiros também. Agendei um quarto com ar condicionado e não funcionava o ar. O pessoal prontamente me trocou mas para um outro quarto que o rapaz teve que mexer 3 vezes para fazer o ar funcionar

The staff was really helpful and friendly. I reached 6 in the morning and the check in time was 3pm. I was exhausted and sleepy. The girl at the reception gave me the couch to sleep and I couldn’t be more thankful to her. Also, I was really cold at night, so another staff member gave me one more blanket.
The location, the crowd, the beds made noise and were shaky, the hostel looked shady, people stole food even after labelling, the heater the room didn’t work, the guests in the room had no respect for other sleeping guests.. I can go on!
