Despite the fact that rooms are very small in Japan, THESE rooms ARE very small. I even did the upgrade for a “bigger” one once arriving and it was extremely small, and a bit claustrophobic. Windows do not open and the carpet is very very stained, seems dirty :(

Liked the location as close to Tokyo station for the Shinkansen, Palace and other sight seeing. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. Cooking facilities came in handy. Coffee machine in reception a good touch.
Some more seating near reception for guests waiting to check in if arrived b4 check in time.

Very friendly & helpful staff they have accommodated to all my needs & requests and our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Also a special mention to front desk staff Nicole who checked us in made it very simple & straight forward for us also very friendly & informative.

Great location, the room was a bit bigger than usual
The room wasn't clean, chairs and carpets were all stains and bathroom floor was not an exception. They do offer room cleaning once a week so I guess it doesn't help with the general cleanliness of the room.
