This is a very comfortable place to stay at Thredbo. Quick walk to the main ski lifts, shops and restaurants. Level entry with the car space right by the door. Excellent views of the mountain. Loved the sauna and open fireplace. Well laid out with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so each room has their own bathroom. Great water pressure in the shower. The code locked door made it easy for everyone to come and go. Heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen were an added luxury.

Carpet a little stained, but understandable given wear and tear of being on the ski fields. Beds were firm but ok.

The location of the apartment was great.

No milk in the fridge. Very, very small ensuite.

ensuite light didn’t work, the ensuite floor was damaged and the ensuite door was awkward as hell.

Great location close to restaurants and not to far to Gondola. Parking supplied next to unit. Bus also stopped adjacent to unit. Good size for a small family like ours.

Given the high rating and high cost of unit ($3400 at tail end of season), we were both surprised and disappointed on arrival with the many defective, dangerous and antiquated items in the unit plus the lack of cleanliness of same. We took this up with the property managers (Henley Holidays) on the Monday and heard nothing until the end of the week with no resolution during our stay offered. Especially concerning were the electrical safety issues - sauna/master bathroom/outside light damaged and the missing handles from the very few cooking pans supplied. The unit was also only very lightly cleaned with plenty of dust/grime around… we were unable to use sauna (no light) - we also refrained from using fireplace as noted so many burn marks in carpet from inadequate guard for the fireplace and did not use master bathroom at night due to lack of safe light (a bedside light was supplied sitting on the vanity next to water basin!)... it would be great too if someone could address the water hammer issues through complex as woken regularly during every night and fix the old mould/rising damp/rot (yuk) in the shared bathroom...

Spacious unit in a great location within Thredbo Village, nice outlook, sauna, spa and open fire.

Poorly maintained, old worn out fittings and furniture. The fire control panel sounded a load annoying false alarm every morning around 1am! Gas Heater didn’t work, poor or no instructions for fire wood location, when we found the door to the fire wood store where’s the key? there was no kindling. A light fitting fell from the ceiling, shower screen coming off tracks etc.
