The apartment is excellent and the location is exceptional
The main bed desperately needs replacing. There are visible dents where it has been used. We woke up like a couple of bananas!

We booked a night in Picton as we are helping move our son to Wellington and wanted a place with secure parking for the van with all his stuff in - honestly that was one of the key deciding factors. We’ve stayed in Picton a lot over the years and it can be hit or miss.
What a hit we found with the Waterfront Apartment!!
This place is exceptional - perfect location, incredible views, friendly service, spotlessly clean and well appointed. We couldn’t be happier we haven’t stayed there before - we would ONLY stay there in the future.
Honestly nothing that took away from the stay - there were a few loud drinkers on the street but that wasn’t their fault. The corridors can be confusing but nothing ten seconds of attention can’t fix! This place is outstanding!
