The location was excellent and the property was very clean

The guards at the gate were friendly, also got a bottle of wine and I appreciate the gesture.
There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom.

-Location
-City lights
-Access to spa facilities
-Construction noise (no heads up), even during the public holiday at 8am. When addressing the matter with Maddy, she told me to just close the curtains and windows 😬. I am a remote worker and this was inconvenient during meetings and working. No concessions given.
-Exterior painters hanging from the building (we were on the 7th floor) that were watching me sleep in the early morning (no heads up).
-Roaches
-Inconsistent internet
