Close to the tube, curtains and power outlets in beds, fun and friendly team (especially Marit 🇳🇱)

Very friendly night staff lady. Fellow hostel folk are very respectful and polite when using facilities. Cleaner has done a great job on female bathroom and room which is usually rare for a backpacker hostel. I would repeat my stay. Hendon station is so close too. But if your planning to come back from Wembley you will have to walk as bus 83 does not come or train in time for check in at 00.30. the walk is an hour 20 mins through a green which is dark but it's fairly safe and direct via Google.

Check in guy needs to actually be there to check out not having a fag. It's a two hour window, as a smoker myself I get it but you're on shift to work people have strict travel times sometimes. Private room but could still hear noise outside from road due to direction facing and window. So sleep didn't happen. Wouldn't expect that for the price.

You can't ask more from a hostel, the beds were great, it wasn't that hot, the staff was really helpful and kind, and you're right next to the tube, it's an easy ride to the centre of london..

I think that when it gets really hot, I don't know how the temperature holds up. An dmaybe the showers taht are not that great the time of flow when you press the button is really short...

Close to station, 2min away

The shower is awful, you have to press every 13 seconds to have water, its insane. You are paying for this as well. Besides that, close the kitchen and open only at 8am is another very bad thing. Who works in the morning can’t get the breakfast or lunch to eat. I’ve never seen this before! No access to your food! If the problem is cooking too early, then the kitchen should be open to give us access to our food, at least.
