Very comfortable and clean. Basically only booked because my Airbnb host cancelled on me last minute and I desperately needed a place to stay that wasn't too far. Lovely cleaning lady who let me sit in reception the next morning to find another place to stay and looked after my bags.
Absolutely AWFUL desk staff (man) in the morning. As I was sitting there finding another place to stay I got a wave of nausea and needed to go outside for fresh air. When I went back inside to collect my things to go he demanded I leave and said I took too much time etc. Poor empathy for guests.

We was very disappointed that we couldn’t get any English channels on the television The reason we was encourage to book this apartment was it advertised a flat screen television

Clean and tidy. Kettle in the room and fridge were good touches.
I didn't see anything warning of there being no lift and while it's only 1st floor, I wasn't prepared.for.carrying heavy suitcases upstairs. That should be made much clearer on the website.
Ac was very noisy.
Walls are so thin you can hear every word the guests in the adjacent rooms say, so it wasn't a great sleep on either night for me

The apartment was ideally located for the beach, parking and the tram to alicante or benidorm. (Parking 3euros per 24 hours)

Modern, clean, welcoming, very close to the tram station, a supermarket, and the beach - an apartment that I liked and offered comfort during the vacation. I recommend it!

Excellent room for the three of us with the spare room for our son
We were on the road and at the top of stairs at the entrance so we was disturbed by noise outside and people coming back late and leaving early in the morning

Loved the cleanliness and style of the place. Great location in Campello, too.
Noise isolation was very bad. We could hear the couple in the next room arguing and fighting all night, every night, as if they were in the same room as us.

Very clean,.comfortable bed, good a/c heating system, right beside Hypercor supermarket. Useful small fridge. Secure.
Just a little bit small and a bit short on storage space. Having said that the bathroom was quite big and the shower was excellent. It's ideal for a long weekend but our room would have been too small for a longer stay

Self check in and self let in into the room. Room very clean, looks like just renovated. Close to the stores and short walk to the beach. For short stay would stay again.
No unloading on the front of the place.

The room was very spacious and clean, good AC, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. We found parking close by too. It was quiet, no disturbances. I found it strange that there is no elevator in the building but luckily we were on the first floor!

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable with 3 pillows each on a double bed! Great location , close to everything.
It wash handy to have a fridge too , there was a kettle and 2 tea bags , but no coffee sachets. The shower was really hot on the first afternoon , but in the morning it was cold.
That you can’t check in until 3pm and have to check out by 11 am .
The top cover on the bed had bleach stains on it.
