The staff were excellent. Booked for son as emergency late at night after there was problems with his booked accomodation. They did everything to make sure he was able to book in at 3am including leaving him a note and contacting me to let me know he had found the hotel.

Douvet is very thin.

Big spacious apartments.

Poorly equipped dishes in the kitchen and swimming pool too (a couple of sun beds and only one sun umbrella).

Quiet, intimate and cool during the day.

More housecleaning would have nice.

The only good thing was they have a pool.

Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait to be cleaned. Even after waiting extra time the room wasn’t cleaned properly and wasn’t pleasant to stay there. The studio had a small kitchenette with missing utensils, dirty kettle and no plates which basically was useless. Moreover, the people at reception were never there and you have to reach out to them by phone. I had to call to let them know there was no hot water! Location is terrible Wouldn’t stay there again.

There is a swimming pool available

I did not get bedsheets, towels and not even toilet paper. The staff weren’t really friendly and the city centre was very far away. Would not recommend

Bed very comfy and extra long!, Good views from balcony and surroundings very pleasant. The manager - Jamie was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her to help out with any problems, for example, trouble with shuttle bus, which went bust during my stay! Rooms and balcony cleaned at least every other day! And bedding changed regularly. Only 5 mins walk to supermarket, restaurants, promenade and beautiful and very long sandy beach with a warm Black Sea sea! Close to central bus station to visit for example, Medieval Nessebar ( a must!) and Burgas. etc. The weather was amazing, averaging in September was 28 degrees and everything to buy was at least half the cost in the Uk. I just wish I had discovered Bulgaria many many years ago. Great for solo travellers, couples, families and the older generation! :)

A non- heated out door pool!! LOL!! Lack of a 24 hour receptionist - although there was a number left to ring for help etc! Difficultly in conversing but Jamie promised to take an English Course - good on her. But she managers to the run the Aparthotel extremly effiiciently and she is so friendly and kind! On the down side - a few more utensils would be great for those that like to cook, especially a sieve!!

We have spent a week in this amazing hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, the kitchen was equipped with enough stuff, beach was around 5 min walking from us. And the most notable part of this place was our host, We were a group of 18 people so you can imagine we always had some issues, but she was always kind, helpful and do her best to solve our problems. Best host ever.
