The apartment is clean and well lighted.
It was an overall unpleasant experience. We have been in 7 apartments in three weeks, and compared to the others, this one left us with the bitter taste of staying at the property of people with no attention to details and no hospitality, as if they're just in it for the money.
These are our reasons and our recommendations for the owners:
1. After a whole day exploring a huge and overwhelming city, coming to a STIFF, VERT STIFF, SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE mattress and PETTY, WEAK, SMALL, SAD, MAKE-ME-WANNA-CRY pillows, it very disheartening. (Please, change them).
2. No dishes, cups, or mugs. (They are cheap, just buy a handful).
3. No hand soap in the bathroom. (Have some available, it is cheap).
4. The sponge for (the non-existent) dishes was used. (Super cheap too!)
5. Just one hook for the towels, where are we supposed to hang the other? (Really, they're cheap, just buy a handful more).
6. The irons (there were two, ironically) could only be used ON THE KITCHEN BOARD because that was the only place with a power outlet where the plug fit, the others were too narrow. (Change the irons for ones that can actually be connected to all the outlets, or get an adaptor). Oh, and they stained our clothes.
7. The clothes hanging rack had two wires broken, and it's so frustrating. (Really, you guys, they're cheap. Change it, duct tape won't do it).
8. Just one very thin bed sheet. My boyfriend likes the room temperature a bit cold, but I am very, very sensitive to cold. This isn't a problem when I can use a second sheet or a blanket. Don't assume that because it's summer they won't be needed. (Have a handful of blankets available, or get pillows for the sofa in case someone wants to sleep there?).
9. It is very difficult to find. The video shows what to do when you find the apartment number, but it's difficult to find the actual apartment number.

it was very spacious, clean and fully equipped.
The location is about 50-60min away from the city centre by public transport. This is the only thing.

The property is an entire apartment with a bedroom and living/dining/kitchen, with an en suite bathroom and a balcony. The bathroom has a tub with a hand held shower hose, a bidet, a toilet, and a sink. The building has electronic keypad locks and an elevator. The apartment has air conditioning and WiFi. It is a short walk to a grocery store, a general market (kids toys, pet supplies, toiletries, sandals, kitchen and laundry items, and all sorts of celebration supplies), and a little further away there is a hardware store, a pharmacy, some hair and nail salons, and a mix of restaurants. It is very suburban and fairly quiet. It is connected to Rome by bus and the stops are a short walk away.
It was tidy but not particularly clean. The bed was very firm and the two pillows were a little sad. It was furnished in a rather spartan manner - so empty that it echos. There’s only one hook in the bathroom for a towel, and one hand towel ring. The handheld shower leaked and sprays out of the side as well as from where it should. There are no banks or ATMs in this neighborhood that I could find.

Great accomodations! Nice decor easy to clean. Great balcony. Clean, quiet, functional. Nice neighborhood. Stores, restauranta, and transport all available. Elisabetta was very flexible and helpful.
My only challenge was the internet. I expressed my concerns to the management and i am sure they will deal with it. Elisabetta was very responsive.
