Great location. Close to restaurants and theaters.
Broken shades on windows and no screens to be able to get some fresh air. Very stuffy inside the apartment. The sofa was stained and extremely smelly. I found a clean sheet in the closet and covered it before sitting in it. Really needs to be cleaned thoroughly or replaced.

Location was great less than ten minute walk to Oxford street and was very quiet for such a central location.lovely Italian restaurant next door
Was a little noisy from the bar downstairs on the weekend but wasn’t too bad and music usually stopped around 12 and they have good wine🙃

Amazing apartment in a great location. A lot of restaurants around. Museums, Theaters, Oxford street just a short walk away. Kitchen has all the appliances even espresso maker.
Really nothing to dislike at this apartment or location.

Great location in centre of London. Accommodation clean and as advertised.
The owners have got a little carried away with glitzy marketing and forgotten the basics of customer care. Something very simple like the television not working properly was wiped away with “we can’t do anything about it” Meanwhile digital adverts for the property shone brightly nearby.
Cupboard doors hanging off the front of the washing machine, a lounge rug that needs replacing and wobbly taps in the bathroom suggests some of the overly trendy marketing budget should be spent on the basics

place was neat and clean . well equipped with tea sachets , nespresso capsules , quilts , pillows , towels
there was nothing that I didn’t like . some things need to be fixed like the towel stand etc .

Amenities for a home stay (cook, wash, shower, bed)
1.Many lights were not working
2.Terrible Wifi. Initially really really bad, reported the problem & given a ThreeNetwork dongle, improved slightly but still bad, well below London standard. Can NOT hold a Zoom conference call !! I would avoid if you need to stay for work.
3.Falsely claim damages were our faults, there had been there before we checked-in.
Overall, very UNPLEASANT experience, NOT coming back

Very nice apartment. Perfectly situated, close to Oxford circus. Behind the apartment there are pubs, restaurants, shops. In front of the entrance to the apartment there is a cafe in the public toilet!:)) dont forget to test coffee there!
Very comfortable check in, there is a keybox with code, so you can arrive at any time after 3pm.
The apartmeng situated on the 3d floor, the stairs is very high. The check out could be a bit later))
