Location, easy check in and check out. The studio had everything you need. There was even a washing machine. Beautiful grounds 😊

Nothing on TV. Everything needed you to log into an account. Once upon a time, movies were provided as well as free to air TV but now there's nothing. The clothes airer was broken. I got rained on one day and needed to dry my clothes

Room has nice outlook to garden and had space to move around, beach was across the road. Comfortable bed and private outlook. Was close to where I was attending a conference. Great communication from staff.

Room/complex was a little dated, however all was in a clean, maintained and safe condition.

Donna and the rest of the staff were amazing, extremely accomodating and super helpful. This place is an extremely comfortable choice for anyone choosing to stay with a small or big group.

The facilities such as the tennis court and pool were great, we loved the extra touch of having things to borrow during your stay such as beach balls. The location was great if you don’t mind a walk. We loved the scenic walk to the north gorge each morning. The staff were great (although we didn’t meet them) their communication via text was appreciated. They even arranged to have items left behind sent to the mainland on the ferry which we were very grateful for! Would definitely recommend the islander for anyone visiting Straddie!

The apartment was slightly dated and could have done with a slight freshen up. But we still had a great stay.
