The apartment was lovely. It was clean and close to the old town. It is a lovely place to stay.

I was not unhappy with anything about the property

la posizione motlo centrale e l'ampiezza della stanza

Excellent location close to the main square with plenty of restaurants. Very clean and spacious.

Pillows and towels could do with an upgrade.

The apartment itself was clean and nicely furnished

The main issue was the location. The location shown when I booked was not the actual location of the apartment. After paying a 1,000 PLN security deposit, I received a different location. When I asked about it, I was told that they have many apartments and the location shown on Booking is their office. This was disappointing, especially considering the price. The actual apartment was also very inconvenient with luggage, as cars cannot reach it directly. There are stairs and a long walk over cobblestone streets, which made carrying our luggage very difficult. I believe the exact apartment location should be clearly communicated before booking. Personally, I would not stay with them again and would not recommend them because of the lack of transparency regarding the location.
