Pulizia e puntualita' come sempre , sono diversi anni che prenoto presso questa struttura davvero ottima

Nessun disagio

The room was clean with an option to re-clean it every second day. It's close to a train station with direct access to Rome and Etruscian Necropolies in UNESCO. The city itself offers nice beaches with black sand and plenty of café bars and restaurants. The place is very good value for the money if I don't count misleading offer and the communication.

1) The offer was misleading showing kitchen on the pictures but the room itself hasn't had even a kettle to make a tea. There wasn't more rooms to choose from in the offer, so I automatically assumed that the photos belongs to the room I'm renting (and it was reason for choosing the place) 2) When I explained the confusion and asked at least for a plate and a cutlery to have something for eating snacks, it was promised to me but never delivered. 3) The place is very noisy. You can hear parked train's engines all the time and walls are very thin so you can hear TV or a discussion of your neigbourz even when they don't speak loudly.
