Great communication to arrange for receiving the keys and orientation of the property.
The steps up to the apartment are very steep. Fortunately, it was not a problem for us as we had small backpacks.

Location was great, Mauro was super accommodating , allowed us to check in slightly earlier and met us personally from the taxi. Air conditioned bedroom and another air-conditioning unit in the living room area. Property was clean & despite being central - was pretty quiet at night 😊

We had a nice stay here. The location is great in the heart of the old city. The terrace is a great spot to hang out and have meals as overlooks the city. There are nearby supermarkets and the beaches of Monopoli are just a short walk from the apartment.
The steps to the apartment are quite steep and may be difficult to navigate with big luggage. The bed is a bit shorter than usual. Could have used a few more cooking supplies like salt.
