Nice place, very comfy

Reception at check in was awful. We were tired from a long flight, and had our booking.com confirm, however she would not give us keys until reservation show up in res taube system. And she had a confirmation email from booking.com as well. We just had to stand outside and wait. No Bueno

Dejligt sted, ligger tæt på byen og indkøbsmuligheder. Meget hyggeligt poolområde, hvor der kan slappes af. Lejligheden er fin. Personale meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme.

The location was quiet and close to rhe city centre. Bressanone is a nice, relaxed city.

No hospitality! We booked already in februari for two nights. The main reason was the availability of a groundfloor studio with patio/ small garden. During the check-in it became clear that we got a studio on the first floor, even without a balcony. We are pensionadas and do not want to run staircases all the time and we like to have an external place. The reception was not sensitive for our complaint. They only offered us a studio for 40 euro more for one night. During our stay it seemed there were almost no other guests. Also they showed us a parking place on the map in the courtyard, but the next day it became clear that we had a garage , which we had to pay for extra. The kitchen was not neatly finished.
