Nuovo condominio fronte mare presso la lussuosa Residencias Reef. Area di proprietà e noleggio. classificato ECCELLENTE. Situato sulla bellissima spiaggia di San Francisco. La spiaggia corre per chilometri a che fare con ciò che per favore giorno o notte. Le acque cristalline sono tra le prime 5 al mondo per immersioni e snorkeling. Rilassati su una zattera in una delle 2 piscine. Vieni e GODITI IL PARADISO. TUTTO COMPRESO DISPONIBILE SU RICHIESTA 55,00 per adulto e 25 per bambini. Grande cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice, ampio letto matrimoniale, divano letto e divani letto (queen size e full) da 5 a 6 posti letto gratuiti, TV satellitare, cassaforte a muro personale, balcone con vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia ( l'unica spiaggia di sabbia di Cozumel) 2 piscine riscaldate in inverno, fare snorkeling proprio sulla spiaggia, windsurf, kayak, sci d'acqua è tutto qui! Molo privato --- TV a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni nella zona giorno con TV satellitare piatto DVR. Grande TV in camera da letto con i propri canali. Davvero bello, nuova griglia elettrica nel patio! Abbiamo appena messo anche nuove sedie anti-gravità nel patio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in Joe and Julie’s beautiful condo! It offered everything and more than you could want and Joe and Julie made sure we could get in touch with them easily if need be. The balcony offered a perfect view of the gorgeous beach and pools and there were always beach chairs and shade available. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach or the quiet road right out front, and were amazed at the outstanding upkeep of the gorgeous property. We snorkelled out front on our beach and around the dock next door , which our the Residencias Reef is allowed to access for tours. This really is the perfect location and we hope to return one day soon! Thanks Joe and Julie.

My wife, adult daughter and I stayed at this property during Christmas week 2022 and it was great. Owners and their property manager were super responsive and helpful in answering questions. Unit is well appointed and stocked for your needs. The grounds of the complex are very well maintained. Every morning crews would be out tidying up the grounds, raking the beach and resetting all of the outdoor furniture. Pools and pool bathrooms were very clean. The complex has 24 hour security and we felt very safe and it is far enough away from the popular cruise destinations for day trippers you do not get people on the beach bothering you to buy things.
A couple of items to be aware of when deciding to stay here, these are not negatives, but you need to be mindful of them. First, the location is well south of San Miguel, so a rental car in my opinion is a must. There is only one place to eat within walking distance, Dona Chely, which is a taco stand and while excellent, you can only eat so many tacos. Trips to town are about 30 minutes because of traffic. There are also no stores around the complex if you want or need food, medicine or other goods.
And while there is internet at the unit and down by the pool area, it is not the best. So if you are planning on needing heavy duty internet you might be disappointed. However, for general use is was fine.
Overall, it was a great unit and complex and would definitely return.

Beautiful property and accommodations. Everything was spot on. Had a bit of a hiccup at check-in but was resolved super fast. Great location, clean, safe, friendly and everything you need for a great time away. Hosts were very friendly and gave lots of tips and suggestions. Wonderful couple. Property manager gave more info and was wonderful with communication. Grounds were beautiful and the other tenants were very friendly. Quiet and perfect for a spot to unwind and relax. If you want to party go next door to Secrets.

The title says it all. This is our 3rd time in a year staying in the same unit. We already have reservations booked for April and working on our August stay as well. The flowers were in full bloom and the new plants in front of the ocean front pool have grown dramatically from our August stay. The condo was as always very clean, air conditioners worked, bed comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers and doing laundry. They have movies saved on Dish DVR receiver so if you have a storm and signal is lost you can watch a movie. I suggest bringing some DVD's too for the DVD player. Internet service was very good along with free US phone calls on Vonage. Have no complaints of the unit or Reef property itself. Can't wait to be back in April. We really enjoy waking up, going out on the balcony and enjoying a perfect view of the ocean. Management is great and the owners are awesome people to work with. Hurry up and book your week in this unit. You will not be disappointed.
