Hotel Sopot - Hotel, Conference & SPA

Breakfast is excellent

The hotel has great potential, but management urgently needs to focus on attention to detail and daily maintenance. We stayed from September 19th–21st. The outdoor pool was uncomfortably cold. The spa area has plenty of space, but it is in serious need of an upgrade and better cleanliness. Simple amenities were missing—there was no body soap or shampoo available, and the mint steam room wasn't working properly. Housekeeping was also lacking. They forgot to provide bathrobes and flip-flops, and our shower gel wasn't refilled after running out on the second day. To be honest, we will not be returning. Next time we visit Sopot, we will opt for the Sheraton or the Marriott, where they offer a proper spa experience and a more central location.

A very nice hotel, in a great location near the beach, great walks and restaurants, as well as within a pleasant walk to Sopot centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast quality and range outstanding. We stayed for a week in an apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel decor throughout was very attractive, and the beds very comfortable.

Our only complaint was that the daily clean of our rooms was very inconsistent. We didn’t need our sheets cleaned during the week, but we expected our beds to be tidied each day. They only tidied our beds once all week. No face flannels and then four (!) on our last day.

Great location, great spa. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Marta and Adrian. Would definitely recommend this hotel if going to Sopot

Small room with uncomfortable bed and modest accommodations! Parking was a challenge, despite being noted in the online profile at booking.com as available!
