The apartment was neat and clean, and we loved the design and small touches throughout. They provided premium coffee and tea with a small milk bottle, for our use. The kitchen had all the utensils and amenities we needed. The shower was good with plenty of hot water, though the rainfall showerhead wasn’t working. They provided each of us with clean body, face, and hand towels. The AC cooled the room down very quickly, which was essential for our summer stay. We absolutely loved the area - it’s on a quiet street right next to a main road, just a 3-minute walk to Shoreditch High Street station. We would definitely stay here again!

The premises was easy to access with information to the keypad provided in advance via whats app. One major bonus on arrival was the owners had installed portable air conditioners in the flats. It was so hot in London that without these it would have been unbearable. The noise of the air conditioners did drown out the noise of the revellers outside as this is a popular area and it doesn't get quite until the early hours of the morning. That does come with the upside of having a wide selection of eateries and pubs to chose from which were all good quality.
The bed was very comfy and the styling was chic and semi industrial with everything you could need. The kitchen was terrific and lots of goodies were provided. The internet was ideal for my business needs. The owners we're focused on making the stay as comfortable as possible.
The stairs are quite steep and there is no lift so I'm glad we were only on the 2nd floor. Some people would find it difficult with luggage. The area is noisy and no double glazing so be prepared.

The location was great as we wanted to be in this part of London. It's a great base to be near Shoreditch, Spitalfields, Brick Lane and the East End of London. It is a little noisy of a night and you do get woken up by the bin trucks emptying bottle bins, but considering the location, this is to be expected.

- the last 3 days had hardly any pressure in shower because of a main break somewhere
- very, very loud outside with people partying hard until 1-2 am
