Location: Excellent — just a short walk from two stations, Dobutsuen-mae (Osaka Metro) and Shin-Imamiya (JR), making it really easy to get around Osaka. FamilyMart and other conveniences are also nearby.
Amenities: Basic amenities are readily available near the reception counter, so you can simply take what you need.
Room: Simple, tidy and comfortable. The bed was especially comfy

Easy location to access from Dobutsuen Mae station. Many shops are located nearby as well. Staff were very respectful and courteous. Pricing was good too.
It’s noisy at night due to the railway being just behind the building. My room was clean and I kept it clean but I expected housekeeping to be done every day like at most hotels.

Ottima posizione
Il rumore della metro attaccata alla struttura
Il letto con lenzuola visibilmente non cambiate del cliente precedente

The location of the hotel was great as it was near a convient station. The price matched my expectation. The staff was all nice and helpful as well.
The only thing I did not like is the body soap comes in packets and they were hard to open. But that is a minior issue.
