The treatment received before, during, and after was of a VIP status. The rooms were spotless, and the reception was very exquisite, welcoming, and appealing. The venue is home away from home.

I loved the decor, really beautiful and a comfortable bed and pillows were what I needed after a 6hour drive.
Staff was friendly and welcoming.
strains of humidity or water on the walls, cleaners need to wipe some of that from time to time as it is visible after a while and stands out and messes up the stunning decor.

Checkin was easy. Friendly staff. Beautiful accommodation. Lovely breakfast.
Shower water was ice cold. Electricity went off. No warning for either issues. Had to wait for owner to reset and then had to wait another 30 min for warm water, but it was still cold.
