The staff was literally the best people I’ve met along my wall of life I will definitely be going back soon they were also very helpful. I will miss you all see you soon Patrick from Londres :D

Nothing it was amazing even the people staying there i felt very secure

Near of Rambla

Good location, staff was friendly and kitchen waa big. Beds were comfy enough.

Some beds only had a small locker that doesn't fit whole bag inside.

Cosy, comfortable place in a good enough area. The place was clean and everything that we needed worked fine.

The check in process can be enhanced - I was told that we could check in late at no additional cost, and the day I was checking in, the person in charged attempted to charge me. They've also insisted on paying for the city tax in cash, which we never carry (remember COVID?) - I suggested that I pay at their hostel reception the following day, but they insisted with an international transfer. The said transfer took about 24 hours to go through, in which time I was chased by WhatsApp and almost accused of not paying. Not the best experience in the world, to be honest. I could have picked the Ibis for the same price and 24 hour reception, if checking in was an issue at the late time that we arrived.
