very nice place. clean, nice big, room. kitchen and a very very nice espressomachine. super closeto the local kitespots. got bikes for a amall fee for a ride to town of marsala. rooftop with nice sunnset view. did i mention the coffee?

the staff were lovely, very helpful with booking us a taxi and making coffee for us in the morning. we stayed here for one night as we had late evening flight and needed to pick up a car from the airport in the morning - the place is 10 minutes from the airport.
the shower wasn’t great and the staff, although lovely, didn’t speak much english.

the room was clean and spacious. additional kitchen facilities with free tea coffee and water were a welcome treat.
we were late arriving but was still able to check in. staff friendly and helpful

unfortunately if you want to swim in the sea, this place is not for you :(

The location for kitesurfing and day trips to neighbouring town and cities was excellent- 5 mins. walk along the lagoon bank to our kitesurfing launch spot and school. Breakfast was plenty and with a variety- brilliant coffee! Excellent roof terrace with amazing view of Lo Stagnone and surrounding island. Spacious room and comfortable bed cleaned daily to perfection. The staff and host were very kind and I felt looked after throughout my stay.
Booking.com's description of the room I had booked was inaccurate. There was no mention of room 2 not having an ensuite bathroom and this on arrival was a bit of a surprise. According to the host's son, he has reached out to Booking.com numerous times in the past and requested to have the description of the room and its facilities amended. Nevertheless, 2 days after my arrival, with an additional fee of 60 Euros, I was able to change to a beautiful studio apartment.

The A/C struggled to keep the room cool.
The breakfast could of have been better, with more variety.

We had really nice apartment and delicious breakfast every morning! Fresh fruit and pastry from bakery. The owner Giovanni, was our hero. He is a good guy who helped us a lot with almost everything. We lost our luggage and he took us to the city to buy some needs. We really recommend this hotel. It’s placed in such a nice lagoon. Beach for learning Kitesurfing is super close and other nice beaches are also not that far. Perfectoo!

The B&B is great. New structure with really nice design and really good services. The breakfast was rich and local food ..amazing! The location is next to the sea and direct connect with the kitesurfing spots..in the garden is possible to enjoy an amazing sunset at the local "laguna dello stagnone"...the staff was really frienfly and kind ready to assist you for any needs...I will back for sure and will raccomand you!

Free breakfast from a bakery which was plenty and for Italian standards good (very sweets).
We were there for kitesurfing and the kite spots are 3min by car or 15 min walking away.
Free parking.
The outside area is nice.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was mould in the shower. We had the room next to the reception & breakfast & entrance area so it was very loud whenever somebody walked by!! The windows were clinking when a car drove by at the street 20 meters away!
There was some sort of „emergency light“ in the room which was very bright and disturbing in the night.
