The location was very good for access to the City center. We left the car at the property and walked to our tourism sites and for local groceries and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Although the kitchen was on the smaller side, it was functional and very well stocked. The apartment has a clothes washer which we needed and used. The apartment has on site parking limited by the size of the car to get through the “tunnel” to the inner courtyard parking. After booking and months before arrival I inquired about parking through Booking.com and the host, Arnie, asked about the model of our rental car. He replied that it would fit. However, closer to the trip we upgraded the rental car size and I forgot to check with the host. Upon arrival when Arnie met us to get us settled in, he immediately realized that we changed the rental car size. He checked the car specifications (width) on-line with his phone and indicated that it should fit through the tunnel with Arnie grounding guiding me as the driver. We got in with only inches to spare. The rental car was a Hyundai Tucson. Anything smaller will fit easily through the tunnel. Anything larger likely won’t fit. Street parking will likely be challenging finding a spot although I there is an underground parkade nearby, but it will be costly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment felt very comfortable and welcoming, and it had everything we needed to feel at home. We especially liked the peaceful neighbourhood and the convenient location, which made getting around Ljubljana very easy. It was a lovely place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing, and we genuinely felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay.
