The place was cozy and well equipped - it had everything we needed for a 5 - day stay. The owners were friendly and helpful.
The only downside of our stay was the accessibility of the location. The road to get to the place is quite bad. However, it is a peaceful location and offers a nice view so eventually taking this road does pay off 😊

Nice host, close to good beaches, close to town.
Needed some maintenance, painting, and updating. It looks very tired not like the photos. The Wifi was quite weak.

What can I say. Everything was just perfect. We had a wonderful time. The place is exactly as shown.The appartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and everything taken care of. A quiet area away from the street crowds and noises. You can enjoy the perfect view over the bay both day and night..

We checked out a little late (11h30) without any problem.
There were extra blankets in the closets, which was good as it was really cold.
Apartment was big enough for a small family. Sofa was confortable and it was all really clean. It seems like a nice place to go during summer.
Appartements are far away from everything and not necessary easy to access - road to get there isn't really nice.
There is no front desk, you'll need to search for the host, - however seems usual in Greece- who do not speak much English.
Nobody never came back to see if we needed anything or if everything was ok. Seemed like we were just left all alone there... until we "checked out" and paid in cash pretty informally.
It was raining and the apartment was very humid and cold. Maybe because 1 wall of the apartment was made of stone. It was smelling humidity pretty strong.

We were received by very nice people from hotel. The appartement was beautiful, well equipped, very comfy beds, two beautiful terraces for morning and afternoon sun, see and pool view. Everything was better than we could have imagined.
Not a negative, more some tips:
1. There is a washing machine, but make sure you buy some washing liquid with you.
2. Cards don’t work so you need to pay cash on spot.

the apartment was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and very welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay.
not so much regarding the property but I would recommend renting a car if you’re visiting lefkada as taxis are expensive and the roads are poorly lit so it’s impossible to walk back to the apartments of an evening.

The location is good with high view on the see and there are couple of nice restaurants nearby.
It was a bit hard to find the exact location based on the address provided but when I called i got clear instructions from the owner (this is the exact location to be used 38.8294657,20.6574077).
The room was specious enough (we were family of 4 in 3 rooms apartment).
There are two nice pools and the fully equipped kitchen was very helpful and met our needs with ease.
The room was cleaned every day which was always nice to return from to.
Update the exact property location in Booking.

Big and spacious unit. Could use a shower curtain. Has a nice pool. In a quiet area but a few places nearby to have a bite to eat. Helpful staff
Hard mattress, internet very slow. A bit challenging to find (Google map issue). Bring Cash as they do not accept other form of payment. No washing machine even if the reservation said washing machine.

We were on the second flor and magnificent sea view was interfered by terrible yard in front of the swiming pool.
The road that lead to the house is not easy to recognize, there is no clearly visible sign. That is necessary, because Google maps mislead you down the road. Everything else was just perfect.

Overall , I had a great experience with the Gountis Apartment ;staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The apartment was wonderful, clean, and perfect for a holiday.

From the apartment on the first floor you have a beautiful view on the sea. The apartment was very clean and even cleaned twice during the week we stayed there. Also the two pools are very refreshing and clean. Filipos is very friendly, hospitable and cares for all wishes of the guests.
The facilities in the kitchen are very basic. We would have preferred a bigger coffee machine and a smaller pan and cooking pot. The light in the living room/kitchen is uncomfortable. There are a few odds and ends, which we found a bit disturbing, like the missing door in the shower cubicle and the fact, that the balcony doors could not be locked.

This place was perfect . The apartment had everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen was full of cooking utensils.. you would be surprised how many places i have stayed with a kitchen but nothing to cook with! The bed and pillows were very comfy. The hospitality was great. The owner even brought me dinner when i arrived late. He helped to carry my things when arriving and leaving even when parked directly by my room ( i stayed at a fancy hotel few nights ago and had to lug my things up and down 3 flights) I will 100% come back next time in Lefkada.

I recommend this place. I had a very nice stay. The price is affordable to me. The apartment and the view including the swimming pool were more than my expectations! The host is super nice and kind. He so kindly picked me up and gave me a lift. Near his place, the western beaches are just amazing. I could not get enough.
I wish I could go to the western beaches more with the local buses if not reduced due to covid restrictions. Driving a car is way better. Nothing I didn't like about this property. I was very grateful to encounter such a relaxing place.

Parga Inn is absolutely beautiful place. The view is just breath taking, the appartment is modern, clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The host was super helpful, easy to communicate and friendly. We just loved everything about it and would love to go back :) Highly recommended for a stay in Parga 🙌
