Beautiful room, excellent breakfast, good diner. Stunning surroundings, and the outdoor jaccuzzi...
The front desk could be more helpful. We arrived early and waited in the lobby for our room . Even when it was ready and we were under her nose, the clerk did not come forward to give us the key

Facilities eg pool jacuzzi sauna massages games room restaurant hot tubs, all brilliant. Location great. Helpful staff. Rooms quiet. Breakfast delicious.
Shower in room was quite low, awkward to use

Location, friendly staff, good breakfast
The room we got was small, only 3 electric outlets (one in the bathroom and two in a corner of the room, none near the bed), getting off the bath was risky due the high level of the bath and no handle to support (as you have to lock the door of the bathroom it is risky if one slips), the city map was very small and not possible to use
