Very nice place ,not too far from the town and it was very clean on arrival and beautiful. Lots of spaces for car park

To już nasz kolejny pobyt w tym obiekcie. Szczerze polecam . Fajne miejsce do odpoczynku. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie . Miła, pomocna obsługa. Napewno jeszcze tu wrócimy 😁

Ogromny apartament, czysto, tanio, wyposażony aneks kuchenny, dobre telewizory, winda, taras

Apartment is convenient to central Slupsk with adequate parking onsite. Other tenants were quiet, and the apartment itself was spacious. The kitchen has sufficient utensils/ pots etc to cook a meal. Wifi was good. The shower water pressure was good and having a washing machine was appreciated (we didn’t use it but good to know).

The list of 28 conditions (in addition to the standard Booking .com terms and conditions) were excessive and intimidating. It actually made us afraid of who the other guests were in the building. The air conditioning didn’t work as the remote control had been removed. This meant we had to leave the window open. As a result we were woken all night by sirens from the hospital 700m away. I wouldn’t describe the apartment as luxury; yes there’s a nice couch, table and chairs, and console table, but the carpet is basic hotel, the bedroom furniture is reminiscent of a budget hotel, and the pillows weren’t very good. The mattress were very uncomfortable. I recommend they drop ‘luxury’ from the title, as this wasn’t a luxury apartment, but it would be suitable for a business or budget traveller.
