This hostel is a no-frills affair which provides you with a hot bath of strong water pressure and a good night’s sleep in an aircon room. The guests are assigned to four pax per room, which minimizes noise and increases the comfort level for the individual. We are required to change to slippers at the entrance and happily, there is a bench to sit for our convenience. The useful navigational information pasted near the reception was also a nice touch.
The bed lamp on my bed didn’t work so that’s a shame. In the bathroom, there are no clothes hooks and the sensor light keeps shutting off when I am sitting on the throne. The common rooms in the basement and kitchen looks well equipped but small.

I think we l, but the staff were super friendly to us and very accommodating! They let us use the space and lockers for storing our bags after we had checked out, which was super helpful! I also really liked the cozy downstairs common area to hang out. Also, I'm definitely glad the rooms had fans we could use to keep cool. Overall the comfort of the room was good-- blackout curtains, cool temperature, and quiet location! Had everything we needed.
I think the bathroom/shower could have been a little cleaner, and you can't expect to get hot water. I think it would be great if the bathrooms could be improved!
