everything was perfect ! but reema ( the reception girl ) was literally a LIFE SAVER !! we had a problem with a car rental and she helped in every way possible !! lucky we found this place and this beautiful soul helping us !! thanks for everything again

The staffs Reema, Anita and Fred (driver) were so accommodating and ready to assist all the time. Reema is so helpful to provide information and do something to boost my internet connection. The room was so spacious, clean, comfortable and with amenities. The location is safe, quiet and close to Victoria mall, zoo and botanical garden.

The hot water (really boiling hot) on the sink is on the right side which can cause accident if you forget. This should be marked or changed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views were nice.

Didn't have A/C. The gam didn't work. Noisy at night.

The breakfast was just okay. We did not like the fact that their juice was not fresh and natural

Good breakfast. Location was a bit difficult to find because of wrong phone number given in Booking.com. Very calm area which looked secured. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

The internet connection was very bad. To some extent it was not working at all during some time. However, the staffs arranged alternative internet data package for me and the family on the final night of our stay.

The location was perfect and the staff where always available and ready to assist. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Fully equipped nice furnitures and kitchen amenities. Will definitely visit again

No free airport transfer

This place is a fantastic value--it's clean and comfortable, with a great view, a basic kitchen, and a reasonably-sized hot water tank for showering. And...wi-fi at last, hooray! There's also a nice big sink with a stopper in case you need to do a little sink laundry. The apartments are well-positioned for a short walk to the supermarket--or a longer walk (or brief 2,000-Ush boda ride) to pretty much anywhere in Entebbe. I requested a fan for the bedroom and did use it a couple of times, but in mid-June it wasn't strictly necessary (and air conditioning would have been overkill). The real draw here is the friendly, helpful staff who provided genuine advice on what to see & do (and what to pay!) and...it really is a serviced apartment! Somebody will clean it every day! [As a side note, it is located exactly where Google Maps says it is, so if you take a Matatu from Kampala, don't let those guys tell you otherwise and just insist on being dropped off at the first pullout before or after the State Department intersection.]

The amenities here definitely outweighed any minor annoyances. The stove burners in my apartment didn't work well, but the microwave and fridge were fine for most of my needs. Also be aware that the apartments are located beside a school, and the gate rumbles when it opens, so be prepared for a bit of background noise...but I didn't really find it bothersome. In fact it was kind of nice to have the kids greeting me "home" whenever I returned!

Karibu BB Suites was the perfect place to stay whilst in Entebbe for work for a few weeks. Rema, the manager, is super-friendly and responsive, which made a great difference and made me feel very much at home from the first moment I arrived. The apartments are clean, spacious and quiet with a great view over the lake, and the wifi was fast and reliable on the whole. I have already booked to stay again when I return in a few months time! Thank you Rema for looking after me so well!

The woman working in the reception was so nice, friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very welcome and home away from home. The room was also very good, lots of space and had everything we needed. If i ever come back to Uganda i will definitely be considering staying here again.

Speak English understanding me price for hotel was affordable apartments was up to standards and provided transport to get food etc and helped with knowledge of there currency and guide me through each area but also gave us space
