Comfortable room, clean and well furnished.
Excellent bathroom.
The corridor lighting didn't switch on automatically.
A button has to be pushed in darkness!

Very Professional and Hospitable Staff especially Ms.Laila in the Front Desk. Wealthy breakfast options.

Loved the hotel, large bedroom, cleaned every day, and Beds made up so nicely, balcony overlooking the pool! The food in the restaurant was great lots of choice for breakfast and we enjoyed the buffet evening meal! The Receptionists (especially the lady) were extremely helpful and organised a couple of trips out! In fact all the staff were friendly!

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was big so it was easy to move around.
Our Rooms were run down. The tables had scratches, the bathroom sink had a crack, bathroom shower tiles were broken. Dirty paint on the walls.

"The property was first class, the staff was very polite and welcoming. Before, asking for anything the was already anticipating."
