Amazing sea views, spotlessly clean, spacious and homely accommodation.

It was perfect.

Location fantastic for beach, food and drink. Brilliant views plus balcony gets the sunshine all day long (if it's out!).

Maybe having to climb three flights of stairs but definitely worth it!

Lovely apartment in a great location, around a 10-minute walk from Tesco Superstore and just a minute from the beach. Bridlington Spa is only a few minutes away. The balcony overlooks the sea and beach, and the view is absolutely beautiful. There is a private parking space for the apartment. You can also park for free on the road outside, although more spaces tend to become available after 10 pm.

We stayed in Apartment 5 on the top floor. There’s no lift, so you need to take the stairs, but they are wide and carpeted, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Washer dryer was advertised, and as our Australian friends were travelling onward on a cruise, the laundry facilities were needed. This was part of the reason we chose this accommodation. We contacted the owner, who said he would change the advert and that he would pay to go to a laundrette. We lost a day of our holiday, taking washing up and down 40+ stairs and walking around Bridlington with washing. We requested a refund of a 1 night stay as compensation, and the owner was extremely rude Another defect was that the freezer had obviously not been defrosted for weeks (photos available) so it was unusable. I will attach a photograph of the owners response (which actually shows culpability, or he would not have offered to pay for the laundry!) Unfortunately, our 3 day break was only a 2 day break, and I feel 1 nights refund is not excessive.
