Really enjoyed our stay here! Property was very well kept. The view from the main balcony was fantastic! Back balcony view just a parking lot was still very nice. Very easy to check in and out, pool was conveniently located and very nice as well. South end of the beach was maybe a 5-7 minute walk. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for the minimal amount of cooking we did. Bedroom had plenty of storage space for clothes and was big enough to put our son’s pack n play next to the bed without it feeling cramped. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay!

Bad maintenance and hospitality. No way should I went 5 days without air; even the GM Rocio said that they dropped the ball on this air conditioning situation and that should been taken care of with in 24hrs

Report our concerns with the property managing company. Hoping our feedback on our stay to them generates some improvements with housekeeping and musty smell of rental.

The location was great. Lots to see and do.
The pictures definitely didn’t match the condo. The condo needs updating. Bathroom was a bit moldy and dirty. Kitchen was sufficient except there was a coffee maker with no carafe. When I tried contacting the owner and a representative I got absolutely no reply. Could have bought a new one for not much money and dropped it off very easily. So, really, the place just needs a few things to be attended to and a few things replaced. But, that’s a lot of money to have paid for things that can be fixed relatively inexpensive. Overall, it was ok, I wasn’t wowed.

The furniture is badly in need of replacing. Looks like 2nd hand junk. Bed has seen better days....very used. Ice maker in freezer broken and no ice cube trays. When we contacted Kevin at Pinelli to ask where to get ice we received no reply in the 2 weeks we were there.

The picture of the condo online shows 2 bar stools by the counter. When we arrived we noticed the bar stools were not there. With only a small table it would of been nice to sit at a larger counter area to eat. Also was told there would one bar of soap to start. We arrived and that was not there also. We used our bottle of shampoo to get us through the evening to wash our hands. Didn’t feel like contacting the agency on a Saturday night. We made do. Also would of been nice to have a broom to sweep the floors. I used wetted down paper towels as I like to clean up after ourselves

Great stay in Clearwater Beach
Overall we loved our stay at Dockside. This is our third time in this building, first time in this until. The unit was clean and well equipped with the exception of no steak knives.
A few things that could use some attention:
The mattress could use replacing as we felt it was very uncomfortable. The front door sticks so that could be adjusted and the dishwasher door could also use some adjustment.
The booking and checkin was simple, the communciation with iTrips was easy. The view is amazing and we would definitely rent here again. Love the location to the beach and all the bars and restaurants.

The place wasn’t cleaned, I cleaned the floors. And the washer and dryer wasn’t working,which ended up waiting until Friday and they put a new one in and then didn’t hook it up which the cord was too small . As much as we paid for 10 days every should of been working. Wasn’t happy. They were in no hurry to make things right .

Close to everything
The location was great. It was close to restaurants, the beach, trails, everything. We went there for the beaches and the bike trails and thoroughly enjoyed both. The property was perfect for two people and was well equipped. We enjoyed having regular cable TV, which many properties don’t seem to have. Security was great with the few exceptions when guests would prop open the entrance door to the condos. It’s a small thing, but they should remove the prop on the door and post a sign. Everything else was awesome and I’d definitely rent again without hesitation. For cyclists or those you like to talk the trails and beaches, the location is perfect!

Other than the building being painted while there it was a good experience. The painters did cover all vehicles that could not be moved so that was good. It does look much better after the paint job

Great family of 4 condo
This condo was very cute not overly big but 2 adults and 2 young kids would do just fine. Sofas could be replaced the one had a couple stains and the bottom part of the pull out bed one of springs came off or something so mattress fell through in the corner however our littles don’t reach that part so it worked fine for them. Kitchen is updated and nice, bedroom was nice. I have one major issue the locks on the doors were alarming I have 2 young kids who slept in the living room on the pull out sofa and I had to put the other sofa in front of the door every night because you cane lock the door from the inside all you have to do is lightly pull the door handle and door flings open and there is a balcony right there. Made me very uncomfortable.. I called maintenance and he said he was going to come back the next day and he never did. I feel like that’s a big safety concern. Also the door to back balcony was tricky to lock also.
Other than the door situation we had a nice stay we would come back as it wasn’t a far walk from the beach and nice dock view! Was very nice to have a washer and dryer and dishwasher made vacationing a lot more relaxing!

Great location
We all enjoyed staying at this condo. There is also a back private deck! Beach is close by, lots of items in the closet for the beach. We left an umbrella for others to use. Watched dolphins in the marina and the sunrises.

Fair
I was disappointed in that I did not get directions to the condo that I requested and had to rely on goggle map (which wasn't quite accurate). Lucky that I had a map of Clearwater and got here finally.
Also, there weren't any instructions in the condo to explain how to use the TV (three remotes) or where the W/D was. We had to call to get this info.
The condo is adequate for two. It would be very crowded for four adults. Furnishings are fair - mismatched dishes, two overstuffed couches (one would be enough), had trouble with dishwasher at first but its working okay now.
Traffic can be very slow at times especially late afternoon and early evening.
Lots of tour boats and things for family entertainment (not our bag, we are senior seniors). Also, bars galore - for the spring beakers I would assume.

Clean, safe and everything worked.
The view of the harbor every morning was a delightful experience! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy the two weeks here. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Owners were quick to reply to any question or need we had. “The coffee pot quit one morning and by 2PM we had a new one!”
Great experience and will plan another trip here in the future.

Disappointed at dockside
We stayed at #406 dockside for a week.
Great location, walking distance to the beach & lots of restaurants.
We have stayed at many different condos over the years. We found this one very dated in some areas. The couches had stains on the cushions. The bathroom was missing face clothes & a bath mat. It would of been nice to have had beach chairs, a beach umbrella & a small cooler available to use. We bought a beach chair & left it in the condo so other people can use it. There were people smoking on the outdoor balconies which was annoying if you had to walk pass them to get to your condo. Also there were a few dogs staying there that were barking at all hours of the day/ evening.
The elevator was not working properly while we were there. Had to walk down carrying luggage.

Dockside condos
Property was in a great location with a beautiful sunrise view of the bay. We were within walking distance to the beach & many restaurants. A few downfalls are it is advertised that they provide beach towels. This is true they do but only 2, (were are a family of 4). All & all was a good experience & we got 2 souvenir towels!

Need some improvements
We stayed 1 week in this apartment and overall we had a good time! This is the second time I stayed in the building, first in this apartment. The building is simple, with parking space, a small pool, but in an excellent location and a view that you can’t beat! Just 2 min walk from the beach.
Now the apartment definitely needs a deep cleaning, behind all furnitures the amount of dust was incredible. Behind the bed besides the dust, I found even a pile of potato chips. At my house we dont use shoes inside so my kids immediately removed them at the door, in a few minutes walking inside the apartment their feet were black, so the floors were not clean.
They need to buy new towels asap, they all look very old. On the bed sheets I found a lot of hair, and some of the extra sheets/pillowcases in the closet were dirty. I washed them all on our arrival to be able to use, and just used 2 towels (we brought ours). As a host myself these are things that I’m always checking with the cleaning crew that need to be really clean, and sheets/towels extra clean and no stains.
If you are not really pick with cleaning, you will have a great time in this apartment. I was already prepared for this as I saw others reviews here regarding the cleaning, and I communicated with the host regarding this previous of my arrival, but it was as I expected not really clean!

Disappointed
This was our third stay in this condo and this time we felt quite disappointed for the following reasons.
1. I immediately noticed long human hair and dust on the bathroom floor - behind the door- plus long hairs on top of the toilet cistern. The light above the bath/ shower did not work. There was a bulb out above the bathroom mirror. The electrical socket in the bathroom did not work. The shower curtain was old and very mouldy on the bottom.
2. There was a thick layer of white dust on the TV console - very noticeable. Clearly had not been cleaned for some connsiderable time.
3. The taps on the kitchen sink were greasy and needed to be cleaned.
4. The whole condo needs an update and a thorough clean. The crockery and glassware should be replaced as both old and used.
Whilst we will be returning to Dockside Condos next year we will no longer stay in this particular condo. We have already made arrangements elsewhere.

Loved it!
This is a perfect condo for two. Very clean, updated, comfortable bed and two balconies so we could get sun or shade all day long. The pool was nice and never crowded and the location is close to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. We loved watching the dolphins and manatee and hope to return

Cold weather but quaint condo
Condo is small but very nice . perfect for 3 -4 people. Overlooks inlet and faces the small causeway. Be patient with trying to get in the front door. Takes a few moments to register the numbers to enter. Take advantage of the Uber and charters out of Tampa. Dont rent a car...the condo is 200 yards from the beach and walking distance to everything. Take advantage of the Jolley Trolley

Loved the condo. Could have had more direction on what pool is part of the condo . if you call Uber be sure to note that you are at Dockside . There is another building across the street to the left with the same address.

Excellent Location
The Dockside Condos are in a excellent location; walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo layout is nice and it was plenty of room for our party of 3 (2 adults, one child). I wish I could have given this a 5 star review because we truly enjoyed our stay and our vacation was wonderful BUT we were just a little disappointed. When we arrived at the condo the common area and bathroom floors were full of sand and dust (we had to clean before we could start our vacation). The dust was inches thick on the entertainment center, wall decor, toilet paper holder (bathroom), etc. There were crumbs on the kitchen counter top and when I went to preheat the oven within minutes smoke and a burnt smell filled the kitchen/condo. Upon opening the oven, I found numerous spills in the oven (on the racks and piled up at the bottom of the oven). Don't judge the "beach" items provided by the picture! There was no beach umbrella or coolers provided during our stay (but we did leave a few beach items behind that we couldn't travel back with).
